Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Outreach Coordinator to join our esteemed team at Bayview Recovery Center. The Outreach Coordinator will play a critical role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the growth and success of our facility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Community Outreach: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and other stakeholders to promote awareness of Bayview Recovery Center's services.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key professionals and organizations in the addiction recovery and mental health field to generate referrals and collaborations.

Referral Source Engagement: Cultivate relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, primary care physicians, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and other organizations to generate client referrals.

Educational Presentations: Deliver presentations and workshops to educate community members, professionals, and organizations about addiction, recovery, and the services offered at Bayview Recovery Center.

Event Planning: Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to promote the facility and engage with potential clients and referral sources.

Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and content creation.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and their families, encouraging word-of-mouth referrals and positive testimonials.

Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the outreach budget to maximize ROI.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, healthcare administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement within the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the addiction recovery and healthcare community in San Diego is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
