Immersive Recovery is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and shape the delivery of our addiction treatment services. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our high-quality clinical programs while ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Program Development: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our clinical programs, ensuring they align with industry best practices and meet the unique needs of our clients.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of therapists, counselors, and clinical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and compassion.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans that address the complex needs of clients, including addiction, mental health, and any co-occurring disorders.

Therapeutic Modalities: Ensure the use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance the effectiveness of our clinical interventions.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of clinical care, overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations, licensure requirements, and ethical standards.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for the well-being of clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster collaboration among the clinical team, medical professionals, and other staff members to create a holistic approach to addiction treatment.

Data Analysis: Utilize data and outcomes measurement to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

Staff Development: Promote professional growth and development among clinical staff through training, supervision, and opportunities for advancement.

Community Engagement: Collaborate with local organizations, mental health providers, and community stakeholders to enhance the resources available to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical modalities in addiction treatment.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client-centered care.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
