Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Operations to join our esteemed team at Bayview Recovery Center. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, promoting efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

perational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, including program managers, facility managers, and administrative staff.

Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the facility, ensuring a welcoming and therapeutic environment for clients.

Staff Development: Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor operational standards and performance metrics to ensure the highest quality of care and client satisfaction.

Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for various departments, optimizing resource allocation and financial sustainability.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, maintaining documentation and reporting as required.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective services.

Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain technology solutions that support efficient operations, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Client Experience: Oversee client intake and admissions processes, ensuring a seamless and client-centered experience from the first contact through treatment.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the client experience, streamline operations, and increase efficiency.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare or addiction treatment operations.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment services and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
