Job Description

Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our facility's operational functions. As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and client-focused delivery of our addiction treatment services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the operational teams, including facility management, support staff, and administrative personnel, to ensure the seamless delivery of client services.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives to enhance program excellence and growth.

Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, financial planning, and the effective utilization of resources to maximize program impact.

Facility Management: Supervise facility maintenance and safety protocols to provide a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to address and prevent issues that may impact client care or facility operations.

Team Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence, professional development, and collaboration among operational staff, promoting continuous learning and growth.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a strong background in addiction treatment or behavioral health.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care and operations.
