Golden Gate Recovery is in search of a visionary and accomplished Executive Director to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation facility. As the Executive Director, you will have the unique opportunity to drive our mission of transforming lives through recovery by ensuring operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the facility's strategic plan in alignment with our mission, vision, and values, with a focus on growth and innovation.

Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to all aspects of facility operations, including clinical programs, administration, finance, and human resources.

Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing interdisciplinary team, including clinicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain protocols to ensure the highest quality of patient care, compliance with all relevant regulations, and continuous improvement in clinical services.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and growth.

Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.

Program Development: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and enhance addiction treatment programs, integrating evidence-based practices and emerging trends.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to addiction treatment facilities.

Qualification
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or addiction treatment, with a strong track record of operational success.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment and familiarity with evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care and facility operations.
