Job Description

As the Program Director at Santa Barbara Recovery, you will be the driving force behind our comprehensive addiction treatment program. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the facility, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Develop and execute the program's vision and strategy, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, therapists, support staff, and administrative personnel, fostering their professional development and maintaining a positive work environment.

Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the clinical team, ensuring that client assessments, treatment plans, and interventions adhere to best practices and regulatory standards.

Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop, implement, and enhance clinical programs, treatment modalities, and services.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical practices and documentation meet or exceed regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources to enhance the continuum of care and promote our services.

Budget and Resource Management: Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure program sustainability and growth.

Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff, staying current with emerging trends and treatment modalities.

Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their voices are heard in the treatment planning process and that they receive the highest level of care.

Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in addiction treatment or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and client-centered care.
  • Dedication to professional development and continuous learning.
