Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director to lead our clinical team and shape the future of our addiction treatment programs. As the Program Director, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring program excellence, and overseeing the delivery of world-class care to our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Provide visionary clinical leadership, guiding our team of therapists, counselors, and support staff in delivering client-centered, evidence-based addiction treatment services.

Program Development: Collaborate with the executive leadership to develop, enhance, and implement clinical programs that align with the latest research and industry best practices.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Supervision and Training: Oversee the clinical supervision and professional development of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Client-Centered Care: Lead efforts to assess and improve client care, including the development and implementation of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends in addiction treatment, integrating new approaches and modalities to enhance our services.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration and coordination among clinical, medical, and administrative teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) preferred.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent license.
  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment, with a strong track record of leadership and program development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care.
