Immersive Recovery is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Director to lead our admissions team and ensure a seamless and supportive intake process for our clients. As the Admissions Director, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking addiction treatment and play a vital role in guiding them toward recovery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Assessment: Conduct initial assessments and screenings of prospective clients to determine their suitability for admission to Immersive Recovery's programs.

Admissions Process: Oversee the admissions process, including client inquiries, pre-admission assessments, and admissions paperwork.

Client Engagement: Provide information, support, and guidance to prospective clients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns about the treatment process.

Insurance Verification: Verify clients' insurance coverage, benefits, and authorization requirements, obtaining necessary authorizations for admission.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for prospective clients, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure appropriate treatment plans are developed.

Admissions Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor admissions staff, ensuring a compassionate and efficient intake process.

Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to respond effectively to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and coordinating appropriate care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the admissions process, including client assessments, communications, and documentation of insurance information.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with referring professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the resources available to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, intake coordination, or a related role in the healthcare or addiction treatment field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals seeking addiction treatment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
