Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking a results-driven and empathetic Admissions Director to lead our admissions team and facilitate the seamless entry of clients into our addiction treatment programs. As the Admissions Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for individuals seeking our services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Admissions Process: Oversee the admissions process from initial contact to program enrollment, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience for clients and their families.

Client Assessments: Conduct initial client assessments to determine eligibility and treatment needs, providing guidance on the most appropriate level of care.

Intake Coordination: Coordinate intake appointments, assessments, and admissions paperwork, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Insurance Verification: Verify client insurance coverage and benefits, assisting clients in understanding their financial responsibilities and available resources.

Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout the admissions process.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the admissions team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking admissions metrics and outcomes for reporting and improvement purposes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate admissions and program placement, ensuring a smooth transition into treatment.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, client services, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care.
