Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking an accomplished and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our healthcare team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in overseeing all nursing-related aspects of our addiction treatment programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Nursing Leadership: Provide visionary nursing leadership and strategic direction to our healthcare team, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs).

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Clinical Oversight: Oversee all clinical nursing operations, including client assessments, medication management, and the coordination of care plans.

Staff Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous learning among nursing staff, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.

Client-Centered Care: Lead efforts to assess and improve client care, including the development and implementation of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration and coordination among the healthcare team, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.

Medication Management: Oversee medication administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication protocols.

Qualification
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in addiction treatment or behavioral health.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care and nursing operations.
