Immersive Recovery is seeking a responsible and empathetic House Manager to join our team. As a House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive living environment for our clients, fostering their recovery journey and personal growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Residential Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.

Client Support: Provide support, guidance, and supervision to clients living in the facility, creating a welcoming and recovery-focused atmosphere.

Household Management: Oversee meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, ensuring that clients have access to nutritious and balanced meals.

Client Accountability: Enforce house rules and policies, including curfew, chores, and community responsibilities, fostering accountability among clients.

Client Transportation: Coordinate transportation for clients to and from appointments, meetings, and off-site activities, ensuring their access to essential services.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts among clients and address any behavioral issues, providing a compassionate and structured approach to conflict resolution.

Client Activities: Organize and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities that promote community building and support clients' recovery goals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, behaviors, and progress, reporting any concerns to the clinical team.

Emergency Response: Be available for crisis intervention and emergency response as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinical team, therapists, and support staff to create a cohesive and client-centered treatment approach.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as house manager, residential coordinator, or support staff in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting, is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals on their path to recovery.
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
