Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking a dedicated and responsible House Manager to join our compassionate team. As the House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured living environment for our clients who are in the early stages of addiction recovery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Residential Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients.

Client Support: Provide direct support and guidance to clients, helping them adhere to daily schedules and house rules.

Supervision: Oversee the house staff, including Residential Technicians and support personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and perform their duties effectively.

Client Engagement: Foster a positive and recovery-oriented atmosphere within the residence, encouraging clients to engage in therapeutic activities and adhere to treatment plans.

Safety: Ensure the safety and security of clients by enforcing house rules and responding to any emergencies or crisis situations as they arise.

Client Accountability: Monitor and document client behavior, adherence to curfew, and any violations of house rules, addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the clinical team, reporting any client concerns, progress, or challenges.

Resource Coordination: Assist clients in accessing support services, including transportation, medical appointments, and community resources.

Qualification
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and the recovery process.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care.
