Immersive Recovery is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, building our network, and driving admissions to our facility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, therapists, interventionists, and other potential referral sources in the addiction treatment field.

Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and trends in the addiction treatment industry, staying informed about competitor offerings and industry developments.

Outreach: Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, to build and maintain a network of referral partners.

Education and Presentations: Provide information and presentations about Immersive Recovery's services to potential referral sources, educating them on the benefits and uniqueness of our programs.

Referral Coordination: Work closely with referral sources to coordinate client admissions, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer service.

Admissions Process: Guide prospective clients and their families through the admissions process, answering questions, providing support, and addressing concerns.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives, contributing to the growth and success of Immersive Recovery.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and sales efforts, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for promoting addiction recovery and mental health.
