Job Description

As the Business Development Representative at Santa Barbara Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and building strategic partnerships in the addiction treatment and healthcare community. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our facility, allowing us to reach more individuals in need of our specialized services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare professionals, therapists, interventionists, and community organizations.

Networking: Attend conferences, seminars, and industry events to network and build relationships within the addiction treatment and mental health communities.

Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations and educational sessions to inform potential referral sources about Santa Barbara Recovery's services, treatment modalities, and success stories.

Referral Management: Collaborate with our clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth and efficient client admissions, providing regular follow-up to referral sources.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and local market conditions, sharing insights with the leadership team.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze referral data, sales metrics, and trends to inform strategic decision-making and business development strategies.

Brand Ambassador: Represent Santa Barbara Recovery professionally and ethically, maintaining the highest level of integrity in all interactions.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to the executive team.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for promoting high-quality addiction treatment services.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
