Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Bayview Recovery Center. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of our facility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers, therapists, counselors, and other professionals in the addiction recovery field.

Referral Management: Cultivate relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, primary care physicians, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and other organizations to generate client referrals.

Community Outreach: Engage with the local community, attending events, seminars, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of Bayview Recovery Center's services.

Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and content creation.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with current clients and their families to encourage word-of-mouth referrals and positive testimonials.

Sales and Outreach: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and admissions, providing information and support to potential clients, their families, and referring professionals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including client referrals, conversions, and revenue generated.

Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the business development budget to maximize ROI.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the addiction recovery and healthcare community in San Diego is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
