Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join the team at Bayview Recovery Center. The Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of care provided to our clients by overseeing the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of quality addiction treatment services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision to our team of therapists, counselors, and support staff.

Supervision and Training: Oversee the clinical staff, including conducting regular supervision sessions, providing clinical guidance, and mentoring to ensure staff development.

Client Care: Ensure the delivery of client-centered care by monitoring treatment plans, interventions, and progress, and making necessary adjustments to optimize client outcomes.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, ethical standards, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Clinical Program Support: Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and develop treatment programs, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices and tailoring them to the unique needs of our clients.

Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development.

Data Analysis: Analyze data and clinical outcomes to make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and implement improvements to treatment strategies.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including medical and administrative teams, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.

Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and referral sources to enhance the center's reputation and promote our services.

Qualification
  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Licensure as a clinical therapist or counselor in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision and leadership experience in addiction treatment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based addiction treatment practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
