Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier clinical services to our clients. You will lead a team of clinicians, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the highest quality of care and successful client outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists, counselors, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based treatment.

Supervision and Training: Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions with clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development.

Clinical Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of client treatment plans, ensuring they are comprehensive, client-centered, and evidence-based.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Client Care: Collaborate with the treatment team to assess client progress, address clinical concerns, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Program Enhancement: Work closely with the Executive Director to develop and refine clinical programs, integrating emerging trends and innovative approaches to addiction treatment.

Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Staff Development: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff, promoting a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualification
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence-based addiction treatment modalities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in patient care.
