Immersive Recovery is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team in delivering exceptional addiction treatment services. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our clinical programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists, counselors, and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and motivate clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with therapists and counselors to develop individualized treatment plans for clients that address their unique needs, including addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of clinical care, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, licensure requirements, and ethical standards.

Therapeutic Modalities: Promote the use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for the well-being of clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Data Analysis: Utilize data and outcomes measurement to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

Staff Development: Encourage the professional growth and development of clinical staff through training, supervision, and opportunities for advancement.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical professionals and other staff members to provide a holistic approach to addiction treatment.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, mental health providers, and community stakeholders to enhance the resources available to our clients.

Qualification
  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical modalities in addiction treatment.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client-centered care.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
