Job Description

Golden Gate Recovery is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Director to lead our efforts in maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards. As the Compliance Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of our facility adhere to state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Policies and Procedures: Review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and industry standards, ensuring that staff are informed and compliant.

Audits and Monitoring: Conduct regular internal audits and compliance checks to identify and address any areas of non-compliance or vulnerability.

Training and Education: Provide ongoing compliance training to staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about regulations and the importance of ethical conduct.

Incident Reporting: Establish and oversee processes for reporting and investigating incidents of non-compliance, maintaining accurate records, and implementing corrective actions.

Risk Assessment: Identify and assess compliance risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor their effectiveness.

Licensing and Accreditation: Manage all aspects of facility licensing and accreditation, ensuring all requirements are met for continuous compliance.

Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required, maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience in healthcare, addiction treatment, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment facilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
