As a Therapist at Santa Barbara Recovery, you will be a vital part of our client-centered treatment approach. You will provide individual and group therapy, facilitating the healing process and supporting clients in achieving their recovery goals.
Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address clients' addiction-related issues and mental health concerns.
Client Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure holistic care.
Client-Centered Care: Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, encouraging clients to actively participate in their recovery journey.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with fellow therapists, counselors, and support staff to provide integrated and coordinated care.
Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, following established protocols.
Continual Professional Growth: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in addiction treatment, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
